Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase, provided that document processing has not yet commenced. Please contact support immediately for cancellations.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Full refunds are issued if we fail to deliver your digital translation within 48 hours. If clerical errors are present, we provide an expedited correction at no cost to the user.

3. Service Delivery

Due to the customized nature of document translation, orders are considered final once the digital document has been dispatched to the customer's email.
